By accessing GOODCODE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

GOODCODE provides real-time simultaneous interpretation and translation services through web and mobile applications.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer subscription plans for enhanced features.

Basic Monthly Plan

The Basic Monthly Plan is an auto-renewing subscription that provides unlimited translation access and no time limits.

• Billing: Your subscription will be charged to your account at the confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew every month unless canceled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (App Store, Play Store, or our web management portal). Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but no refunds are provided for the current billing period.
• Pricing: Current pricing is $3.99 per month, which may be subject to change with prior notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to interfere with the operation of the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and software associated with the GOODCODE service are the property of GOODCODE and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

GOODCODE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GOODCODE shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
